Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the7 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

Payment will be taken at any point after booking. Changes and cancellations are 100% Non-refundable.
Any changes or cancellations are down to the discretion of the owners. If the rooms can be re-leta refund can be applied.
